Things You Should Know
- Reservation Deadline is Friday, December 10th
- Even if you’ve already booked a room elsewhere, you may want to consider booking with the group (if you can cancel your existing reservation without penalty).
- The hotel is not charging our group any additional fees for having more than 2 guests in a room. You may have up to 4 guests in a room at the same group rate.
- You must cancel your reservation at least 72hrs prior to your scheduled arrival in order to avoid a Late Cancel fee.
Why It’s Important to Book Within the Group Block
- The discounts and provisions we’ve negotiated with the hotel are superior to any that you will find online for this property.
- If you book outside of the block, you may be required to make full pre-payment and be penalized if you cancel for any reason. Our group agreement allows you to put down a card as a guarantee only and cancel without penalty as long as you do so at least 72hrs prior to your arrival date.
- Booking outside of the block means that our housing company, MainStay, may not be able to assist with any reservation issues you encounter. Guests who book within our block have the full support of MainStay and can rest easy knowing that their comfort and satisfaction are a priority!
