Tournament President John Carroll

John is married with five children.  He was born and raised in Texas and played high school football for Lewisville High School where his team won the High School State Championship.

John is President of the NTX Cowboys and has been coaching youth football for over 10 years.  His team and coaching accomplishments include: 8 time Super Bowl Champion, 3 national titles (FCS, Texas Select, Snoop League), 1 national runner up title, 27 tournament champions, 2017 3rd place finish at FBU, and was the previous Director of Texas Youth Football All Star Showcase.

John established the Big South Conference (BSC) in 2018 when he identified a need for teams with excellent talent and coaching to be recognized on a larger level by utilizing the internet and social media to promote them.  The goal for BSC is to host tournaments so teams can display their talent against like-minded and talented competitors and be recognized for their excellence through BSC's national rankings.

South Director Is Alfred Stewart. Alfred is from the Houston Region. He is 36 yrs. old and married with 3 boys ages 12 Kaleb, 9 Kobie, 5 Tyler. Alfred played multiple sports growing up including football and basketball until choosing basketball over football where I earned a scholarship to play at Ranger JR college.

 He has coaching little league football for 11 years. Additionally, has been fortunate Enough to run his own basketball organization for 4 of those years. Football accomplishments are several but to name some, being a part of 9 teams that played for superbowls. Blessed by winning 5 of those 9. Won back to back Texas Allstar showcase with 7u and 8u. To name some of the Organizations He has coached for – Texas Renegades, Spring Lions, Spring Chargers, The World-Famous Jaguars.

Northern Regional Director of the Big South Conference Championship.

Jay Brown is 32 yrs. old and a father of 5 boys Johnathan (16), Jeremiah (9), Jay (7), Jayden (5) & Dash (1). He played multiple sports growing up from Basketball, Football, Hockey, and ran Track until choosing basketball where He earned a scholarship Neosho County Community College.

Jay has been coaching youth league football for 8 years, as well as mentoring troubled youth. He has been fortunate enough to be a part of some great organizations during his coaching career & having great success with winning multiple Tournaments and league championships. Most importantly keeping our youth out of trouble and providing them an outlet to express themselves and learn life lessons through the game of football. Why we all should be doing this!

West Regional Director Steven Deucher. Steven was Born & Raised In El Paso, Texas. He is a loving Husband & Father of 4 young kids. Aaliyah(10), Dylan(6), Steven(4), and Alexander(2).

He is the head coach of the El Paso Sharks and has his finger on the pulse of all teams out West including but not limited to Arizona, New Mexico, and Kansas. Steven has coached youth football in the EP area for 7 years. When Steven is away from his full-time job, he runs a small business with his wife. He coaches sports, Enjoys camping, and off-roading with friends and family as his hobbies.

His goal is serving the community one child at a time, to bring opportunities to his community that were not available to him as a child. To grow strong, responsible, independent, hardworking young kids.
